Dear Professor McKeon
Thank you for your letter of Jan. 5 conveying an invitation to give two lectures at Chicago. I shall be happy to give the same lectures as I am giving at the University of Illinois, or rather any two of the three I am giving there, if the dates can be arranged. I have an engagement in New York on March 9, and at the University of Illinois March 14, 15, 16. I could manage Monday 13th only or any date from Friday 17th for the next few days; you will understand that I do not want to be away longer than is necessary, as I have other engagements pending in the East. Would you let me know what is possible? Also whether there is a possibility of hospitality? It will be very pleasant to see you again, and also other Chicago friends.
Yours cordially
Bertrand Russell.
