Dear Kallen

This is to introduce Mr Alexander, an Englishman who is concerned with matters that that might cause undesirable divergences between American and British propaganda. He is  at the present time concerned with the problem of a Jewish army, and  I suggested that he should see leaders of Jewish opinion in New York. It occurred to me that you might be willing to give him help and advice in this matter.

Yours sincerely
Bertrand Russell.
