This letter, titled "Anti-Nazi Man Flees to Britain", describes Elmar Herterich's situation in West Germany and how he wants to return to his wife and three children as soon as possible. As a result an appeal is being sent to the British public to request the withdrawal of the warrant of arrest. Henterich's inquiries have disclosed the presence of ex-Nazis in official posts.
