Ben-Moshe mentions that the Committee wants to undertake a Hebrew translation of Leonard Beaton's book Must the Bomb Spread? However, the translation requires "advance financial support from an outside source." Ben-Moshe asks BR for any "moral and material assistance" he could offer concerning the translation.
