Dino accepts BR's invitation to the conference, and provides an outline of the situation in Turkey regarding denuclearization and peace. At the end of the letter, Dino writes, "P.S.—The fact that you will invite both Arab and Jewish delegates presents no problem in Turkey."

Enclosed is a list of questions for BR concerning Cyprus, and membership in Cento and NATO. Dino asks BR, "If you decide to reply to those or any other questions, please send me three signed copies." BR did reply for publication.
