In addition he encloses a signature form and newsclips from Indian papers re nuclear testing, and a ts. carbon titled "Resolution Adopted at the Public Meeting Held Under the Auspices of the Committee for a Million Signatures to Ban Nuclear Tests at New Delhi on March 12, 1962".
