Notes and topics

"Tuesday evg." On Wiener's work—and BR's first publication ("A Review of a Dutchman") [G. Heymans, Die Gesetze und Elemente des Wissenschaftlichen Denkens, Mind, n.s. 4: Apr. 1895, 245-9.]

"... re-write one of my popular lectures" today. [Could this concern the insertion of the long passage, near the end of Ch. III, on perspectives and perspective-space, which BR says in MPD is one of the new discoveries made in early Jan. 1914 and which was first written up in "The Relations of Sense-Data to Physics"?]

"I can't quite take Wittgenstein's line: 'Wiener good at mathematics? Then mathematics must be no good.'"
