BR invites Lowndes and Miss Caroline Ruutz-Rees for dinner on Monday. (Ruutz-Rees was principal of Rosemary Hall, Greenwich, CT.) There is no other date except for a mention of Russell Chambers. His lecturing at Harvard and visit to the U.S. are over but there is no mention of the war. Thus June-July 1914 seems probable.
