"I see from your letter that you do not intend to act in conformity with my wishes regarding your relinquishment of trusteeship to two entirely honourable and worthy nominees, namely Mrs. Lucas and Mr. Fisher of Theodore Goddard, Ltd., 16 St. Martins le Grand, London, E.C.1."
