Aberman is concerned about world peace. He has a feeling that World War III could easily erupt. Aberman suggests strategies which could help to prevent war. He thinks that economic and political institutions can prevent war, but only if those governing them will change policies.

On the other hand Aberman thinks that having a great world convention could make politicians' decisions invaluable. Every man who is for peace should sign this convention and stick with it until it is realized.
