BR: "There would be another way of escape, perhaps: one might say that the people condemned in the Nuremberg trials were guiltless, but that it was nevertheless right to punish them just as it is right, in conventional morality, to shoot an enemy soldier in battle although we may hold that he is only doing his duty.
