"1)The following pages in the Spanish edition are blank: 194 and 195, 198 and 199, 202 and 203, 206 and 207; and we would be grateful if you could ascertain whether or not these defects occur throughout this edition. 2) In both the Unwin and the Spanish edition the name of W.V. Quine is missing from the cover and Werner Bloch, the philosopher,  is described in the biographical notes as a surgeon. Would you kindly ensure that steps are taken to correct these errors."
