Khrushchev writes to BR in response to John Foster Dulles's letter which was published in the New Statesman. He includes his views on important international problems. Khrushchev articulates his major concerns to be Dulles's "inaccurate" perception of communist régimes, disarmament and the preservation of separate ideologies without war.
