O'Brien apologizes for the lateness of his reply. He is very interested in the formation of International Peace Centres for War and Peace Studies. The University of Ghana is about to establish a Chair of International Relations which will "be the study and propagation of methods of reducing international tension." O'Brien believes that "Accra, as headquarters of the African World without the Bomb Movement, would be a very suitable centre for propagating in Africa the ideas of the two Foundations".
BR is invited to Ghana to give lectures.
