"Mr Bertrand Russell has now been released from prison...."

Not a letter but a printed request sent to Keynes for subscriptions to a BR fund to enable him to pursue "philosophic work". The document is not addressed to John Maynard Keynes but is from his papers at King's College.

Another copy of this document is in Recent Acq. 1,085.

Also in that file is a letter from M.A. Halls, Modern Archivist, to S. Turcon describing the document.
