BR writes a short message for use in the Atomic Scientists' Association's projected periodical The Atomic Age. "It is of the highest importance that as many people as possible beyond the range of nuclear scientists should understand as much as a layman can about the immensely important questions that are involved. I hope that the projected periodical will succeed in this admirable  object."
