Chamberlaine-Brothers is the son of H.N. Chamberlaine, an estate agent, who remembers driving BR in 1935 or 1936 to see a house near Dolgelly when BR was lecturing at Shrewsbury. The son is writing abut the CND. He does not mention the much more recent house searches of 1954 and 1955. Dolgelly, now known as Dolgellau, is in Merionethshire, Wales.
