According to a handwritten note by Edith Russell written on the envelope this person is W.R. Holst, the son-in-law of Peggy Kiskadden. In fact the letter is from Holst's wife. Her husband's first name was Reynout and he is mentioned in the letter.
Kate Tait has informed S. Turcon that Welmoet Roland-Holst, nee Bok, was the daughter of Peggy Kiskadden.
Both Holsts, along with their children, had been for tea. (The aka form of the name is the uncorrected way it appears in Turcon's article in Russell, n.s. 12 (1992): 66.)
