BR responds to Islamist objections to Wisdom of the West.
"1) The British armies did flee from Dunkirk just as Mohammed fled from Mecca to Medina. 2) I do not believe that Mohammed or anyone else was impelled by 'divine inspiration'. 3) To call flight 'strategic withdrawal' is ludicrous. 4) The picture of the prophet should be displayed as a matter of interest to students and scholars. 5) Chauvinism is harmful and also accompanies the absence of any humour or humility.
Yours sincerely
BR
P.S. I am opposed to all superstition: Muslim, Christian, Jewish or Buddhist."
