Document is a statement for the Pugwash conference held in Moscow, For reasons of health, BR cannot attend. Russell sent it with his letter to Rotblat of 1960/11/11 (record 126754). Both documents in typed form are dated 1960/11/10.

"I earnestly hope that, as on former occasions, the conference will find it possible to agree on a resolution acceptable, alike, to those who come from east or west or uncommitted nations."
