From Edith Russell's transcription when she was Edith Finch:
"At nine last evening Peter Russell blew in, having driven through from Boston, or rather been driven by a Harvard student whom she paid to come down and return by train to save her back.... She looks tired and harassed and is full of plans for settling her house so that they can at least move in and camp out before Xmas or for Xmas. Bertie's lectures are over the 20th. Conrad she talked most about. He has been ill again and again in Cambridge and she left him with 'arthritis'.... She thought probably she 'should not have had him'."
