Yang would like to publish one of BR's letters in his magazine, the Pacific Ocean, "in order to make the people understand what the difference is between Communism and Bolshevism." Yang encloses a copy of BR's letter and the original (not present). This lead to a lost letter is not discussed in Papers 15.
