BR's message to students at British universities discusses anti-Semitism in the USSR, with little improvement after Stalin.

BR has queried a phrase and signed the document. This may be the message that BR later wrote was meant only for a student conference and not for general circulation.

There is a dated typescript with virtually the same text at RA2 340.183569, although the present one is found among documents of 1963; it is not known which year is the year of composition, which was possibly by Litvinoff on BR's behalf.
