Kloenne and others state that at the 1963 Easter March in the Ruhr area, the use of loudspeakers, singing, instruments and certain Easter celebrations will be forbidden. Klonne feels that such restrictions affect freedom of opinion and demonstration. He would like BR to send a telegram to the Minister of the Interior Weyer regarding this matter.
