A number of newspaper clippings were pasted onto advertisment pages at the end of David A. Wells' Recent Economic Changes (Russell's Library, no. 2714). There are dates and a few other annotations in Alys Russell's hand. There are two title articles: "The Sugar Trust and the Law", "The Great "Perish India" Motion", and two untitled articles.
