Newsclip is titled "Tea with the 'Mad Hatter'; Tales of a 'Saint'", The Sun, Baltimore, 16 June, 1974 by Lowe.
In Lowe's letter of 20 July 1971 (document .310858) he writes:
"At McMaster University last month I was much impressed by the way the Archives have been set up and by the work of Blackwell and his staff. They are energetic, helpful, and scrupulous. It's good news that there will be a centenary celebration in October '72 and that you will come to it."
