Horowitz resigns as a director of the BRPF and of the BR Centre for Social Research and is taking his series Studies in Imperialism and the Cold War out of the Centre program. His main reason for resigning is the "unscrupulous" way in which the directors' meeting of 15 November in Nottingham was conducted. He encloses:
