This letter, signed "Russell" and presumed not sent, and the following two, documents 313428 and 313429 (records 133638 and 133639) were removed from a binder in which all F-3 letters were found. Their placement here reflects their placement in the binder.

"I notify you that I have transferred my entire interest in the papers covered by that Agreement [of 10 September 1966] to the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation."
