This draft does not identify the recipient, but the letter that resulted was published in Rights, March 1954. Foreman had requested a message in his letter of Feb. 16, 1954, but BR could not manage it. So Edith Russell's secretarial letter declining the request was published instead. Foreman referred to printing the letter in his March 11, 1954 letter to BR (record 70220).
