Reply to Frood.

"I have been bewildered by the reaction to my activities in the Cuban crisis. I asked Khrushchev to avoid a clash with the American blocading ships and he did so. I asked Khrushchev and Castro to remove nuclear installations in Cuba and they did so. Why these actions should be labelled 'hysterical anti-Americanism' I am at a loss to understand." NotesĀ on verso are a long list of Cuban Missile topics in a pre-publication pagination of Unarmed Victory.
