P. is unknown but may be another pseudonym (short for "Percy") for Constance Malleson. On 1918/05/19 Frank Russell wrote that "P. is looking forward to seeing you as are many other people" (document .079963, record 46914).

In the current letter, from Frank and Elizabeth Russell to BR on 1918/06/06, document .079972, record 46918, "P." is a "he" and comes under the heading "Message about Your Future Work". Someone who is referred to by "I" (possibly it is still P.) is working at the York Buildings under E.E.H. (Ernest E. Hunter), whose message P. quotes (see document .079972d, record 119572).

The Tribunal was edited at York Buildings, where the NCF had its headquarters.
