The letter was removed from Arthur Koestler's Thieves in the Night (Russell's Library, no. 1812). Not microfilmed.

Harris's first name begins "Mor", and is possibly Moritz. Harris refers to previous correspondence with P. Russell.

He refers to Jews still being kept in concentration camps in Europe and being refused permission to leave for Palestine, "who resort to the use of arms as terrorists." He asks her to raise her voice against Britain's "oppressive and murderous policy" in Palestine.
