To relieve Mr. Uthwatt, I asked Mr. Sparrow to go through the papers and draft a form of application to the Chancery Judge and the evidence in support of it."

Davies informs Hilbery that, "Mr. Sparrow has also drafted an affidavit by Miss Mary Bailey (Mrs. Farrell) which we are now submitting to her for approval."
