BR discusses his terms regarding Dora and Telegraph House. BR tells Davies he would want Dora to know that unless she binds herself to staying at Telegraph House until midsummer 1937, he will not extend her tenancy there beyond July 25, 1934. If Dora stays, BR will let her have it for £100 a year. BR needs to know her decision before June 25th, as he will need to find an unfurnished house should she decide to stay.
