Notes, topics or text
These are notes in BR's hand regarding agents for cottages. He indicates that Colette and he should let the Attic and the Studio if possible and live at Chesham till a cottage is found, except on nights when there is no chance of air raids.
The Studio was originally rented in November 1917. Chesham refers to Colette's cottage "Nimmy Not" in Bellingdon, Chesham.
Colette's flat in London was called the Attic.
