A carbon of a letter asking the recipient to add his or her name to a memorial to the prime minister, in advance of BR's appearance in an appeal "Friday next" at the Middlesex Quarter Sessions, which took place on 1 May 1918. What appears to be the mimeographed memorial is with the letter.
